I went in to get the driver side wiper checked because it was not working. All they did was open it up, put back in - no parts were added/replaced took 15-20 minutes and they charged $260 for it - JUST TO CHECK THE WIPER ON THE DRIVER SIDE.
2 stars because they did check it the problem without the appointment but kept reminding me it could take many hours to a day!!!
Not worth the trouble if you are a cash customer, take your business elsewhere because I certainly will.
My experience with Key West Ford's car repair services was amazing & outstanding. When my car broke down unexpectedly, I was worried about the cost and the inconvenience as a newcomer. However, Key West Ford's team put my concerns at ease from the moment I contacted & visited them. They assured me that my car was in safe and sound hands. The Service Manager specifically very courteous, friendly, honest and perfect person who made my day.
Their customer service was exceptional and all credit was reserved by the Key West Ford Service Team. They arranged for a shuttle service back to my home, and their knowledgeable technicians diagnosed and explained the issue to me in a clear and friendly manner. What impressed me the most was their transparency in pricing and the commitment to keeping costs reasonable. The repairs were done efficiently and in a stipulated timely manner.

I can say my experience at Key West wasn't great at all. I have yet to be contacted by anyone who works there after such a headache of an experience. The sales lady Jordana was full or promises and very rude to me. She over did the promises then didn't follow through with all of the promises then turned around and blamed me for not being able to follow through. Yea I sure do wish I had a better experience. People like her will ruin a business's name. I'm sure they are a great company but all it takes is one unhappy customer. She is the face of the business and she has made the this customer very dissatisfied. I sure do hope they do the right thing and reach out to me to make things right. Such a bad experience. Spend a bunch of money and get treated so unfair not good at all.
